Jenna Camille x High John – Feelin’ Press Release

The album Feelin’ by DC-based pianist, producer and singer Jenna Camille and Hamburg-based producer High John will be released on June 26, 2026, by the Wiesbaden label Besser-Samstag in a limited vinyl edition. It was created between 2021 and 2025 in various studios in New York and Hamburg. Their long-standing collaboration blossomed into a friendship, giving their joint songs a special depth and intimacy. The openly queer poetess addresses disappointments in past relationships, toxic love spirals, and the painful process of healing in her songs “Round n Round,” “Back it up,” “Empty Words,” “Let go,” and “Not the One,” inviting listeners to share in this reflection and grow from it. At the same time, she tenderly sings about love and speaks openly about sex, such as in the tracks “Bind,” and the Janet Jackson cover “Any Time Any Place” 

Overall, Feelin’ is a sensual and introspective album that stands against the fast-paced spirit of the times. This slow burner invites listeners to take time for themselves, to feel consciously, and to heal.
